According to the German source text, the operator currently uses no proprietary tracking, analytics or marketing services, no cookies on the Academy website, no externally embedded audio or video platforms, no social media plugins, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no Google Fonts.
Images and audio files are provided locally on the webspace. Merely visiting this website does not transmit personal data to AI systems. The linked Stripe payment page is an external service with its own privacy and cookie rules.
Email links open an email in the visitor's own email application. Data is transmitted to the operator only when the visitor actively sends that email. Simple external links do not establish a connection to the external provider merely by loading this website.

Contact and Service Delivery
When visitors contact the operator by email or phone, the information they transmit is processed to handle the inquiry, prepare or perform a contract, issue invoices, assign payments, arrange appointments and prepare the booked service.
If an astrological perspective is requested, the necessary birth and consultation details may be requested separately after booking. They are not collected on the Stripe payment page and should not be entered in payment references, URLs or email subject lines.
Please do not transmit medical diagnoses, health data or other special categories of personal data unless this is expressly required for the inquiry.
Payment through Stripe
The “Book” buttons for the two Phoenix Sessions are simple external links to payment pages provided by Stripe. A connection to Stripe is established only when a visitor actively clicks one of these links and leaves the Academy website.
On the payment page, Stripe processes the information required for payment. This may include name, email address, billing and payment details, selected service, amount, currency, technical connection data and fraud-prevention information. The operator processes the booking and payment information returned by Stripe for contract performance, payment allocation, invoicing and statutory retention. Birth data and substantive consultation details are not collected through Stripe.
